We buy and develop land as well as existing properties. From initial planning to completion, we oversee the construction as well as the letting and management of flats. Our focus is on the development of residential properties and micro-living as well as the revitalization of 50s, 60s and 70s buildings.

YOUR TASKS

– Independent project management for renovation and conversion projects of residential properties

– Site management, checking the work and progress on the building sites

– General supervision of the properties; correspondence with service providers and tenants

– Checking invoices and releasing them to the accounting department

– Obtaining offers and commissioning service providers, identifying and implementing structural optimization measures in our own property portfolio to increase value

– Establishment of a tradesmen’s network throughout Germany

YOUR PROFILE

– Several years of experience as a construction manager or project planner in refurbishment and upgrading projects

– Experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts

– Experience in managing projects, several years working in a project environment

– Basic knowledge of fire protection regulations and building law for residential properties

– Capable of acting very independently

– Good commercial knowledge; technical understanding in the trades of electrical, plumbing and heating is an advantage

ARCHITECT / ARCHITECT WANTED (M/F/D)

For the realization of new residential projects, we are looking for an architect (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS

You should be able to work independently and have experience in dealing with the responsible offices. Your daily tasks will include measuring existing flats and converting the floor plans into CAD. Typical projects we carry out are, for example, the addition of storeys to existing buildings, the extension of balconies, the conversion of attics, the planning and implementation of new buildings in the single and multi-family house sector as well as large-scale projects from planning to completion.

Our focus is on the development of residential properties and micro-living as well as the revitalization of 50s, 60s and 70s buildings. We are looking for a management assistant (m/f/d) to support the management in the back office.

YOUR TASKS

– Interface with internal team and external service providers
– Coordination & follow-up of projects
– Auditing and invoicing
– Analysis of key figures and creation of reports
– Administrative tasks, e.g. data maintenance
– Correspondence with cooperation partners or service providers
– Organisation of appointments, events and conferences
– Preparation of reports and presentations
– Organisation and booking of travel, transport and accommodation, including travel expense accounting

You are good at assessing priorities and are used to working independently and on your own responsibility. With your organizational talent you keep a cool head even in stressful situations and support the management as a seasoned and dynamic personality in important tasks and projects.

– Open-minded, reliable and determined personality who acts proactively
– Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with many years of experience (ideally at least 5 years) in management assistance.
– Fluent English
– Very good MS-Office skills
– Affinity for numbers and knowledge of financial accounting are desirable
